Los Matadores pre-taped promo
Los Matadores said that they are reestablishing their focus after their loss last week to Tyson Kidd and Cesaro. They said they want their WrestleMania Moment.
They are really trying to make WrestleMania Moments seem like a big deal, bigger than they have in the past. I guess if you can’t build to a show the right way, you might as well make people think they should be excited regardless.
The Usos and The New Day vs. Los Matadores and Tyson Kidd and Cesaro
Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston were representing The New Day.
This was a crazy, hectic match, that saw dissension on both sides. Every man was trying to one-up the next.
The match ended when Kidd and Kofi were trading roll-up attempts, and Kofi was sent into the ropes, where he took a European uppercut from Cesaro. Kidd went to finish him off with a fisherman’s spinning neckbreaker, but Fernando tagged himself in, took Trouble in Paradise, then Diego got the win with some Double Trouble, with help from a distraction from Kidd.
Los Matadores and Kidd and Cesaro defeat The New Day and The Usos via pinfall.
2.5 out of 5 stars – The high-flying was fun, but the match was poorly put together.
