Dean Ambrose vs. Sheamus

These two began by locking up until Ambrose took advantage with a wacky looking leg lock.

“Fog-horn Leg-horn” chants would start being aimed at Sheamus, which was hilarious.

By the commercial, Ambrose sent the Celtic Warrior out of the ring.

We come back to see Sheamus taking control in the ring with punches that sent the Lunatic Fringe flying. Ambrose would be able to fight back with a blow to the face that sent the Celtic Warrior down.

The match would pick up after Ambrose countered a a Brogue Kick and sent him shoulder-first into the pole.

Sheamus would eventually hit the Clover Leaf submission move, seemingly leaving Ambrose with nowhere to go. However, he would reach the rope.

After Sheamus hit the Brogue Kick on Ambrose from the outside, Dolph Ziggler would come out of nowhere to attack Sheamus. This means that he picks up the win via disqualification.

Sheamus defeats Dean Ambrose via disqualification to advance to the King of the Ring tournament semi-finals.

2.5 out of 5 stars – Weak ending with the DQ. It protects Ambrose from being pinned, but it also screws him over. Not a fan of it.
