Roman Reigns vs. Kofi Kingston

Result: Roman Reigns defeats Kofi Kingston via pinfall.

Reigns starts dominating Kingston, causing him to regroup with Big E and Xavier Woods outside the ring.

Kingston would come back in and take control for a little while. Reigns would hit a clothesline and then get Kofi out of the ring. Reigns would go for a dive but instead take out Woods. This would distract him as Kingston would hit a dropkick on the former Shield man as we went to break.

We come back to see Kofi still in control in the ring. He would slam Reigns to the ground and hit a big move off the top rope for a near-fall.

Reigns would then get things going with a clothesline and a big slam for a near-fall. He then countered Kofi’s Trouble in Paradise for a powerbomb to get another near-pin.

After multiple New Day distractions, Kofi would try a roll up pin. After the Tag Team Champion tried doing another top rope move until he got clobbered with a Superman Punch. He would win by pinfall.

Rob’s Note: Very solid match. Nice showing from Kofi.
