Kevin Owens vs. Samoa Joe

Result: Match ends after the referee calls for the bell following being punched.

Rating: 2.8 out of 5 stars

• Owens would try to play his walking out of the ring mind games but be quickly confronted by Joe.
• Owens tried taunting Joe but received a flurry of punches instead.
• Joe charged into Owens, slammed into him and connected with a big kick to the head.
• After a big knee to the face, Owens fled the ring.
• We come back to see Owens in control with a huge cannonball. He followed that with long, painful holds. “Headlock city.”
• Joe worked his way back with a huge kick to the head and take down.
• Owens set up the powerbomb on Joe but it was countered. They would throw punches back and forth until Owens hit the referee, who called the match.

The brawl would continue after multiple referees came out. Joe was backed down by referees but sprinted past them and continued to attack Joe. A bunch of the NXT recruits came out and had to hold Joe and Owens back.
