Michael Cole questions Owens’ actions from the NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn contract signing. Owens laughs it off. Cole then brings up William Regal’s comments about wanting Finn Balor to retain his NXT Championship.

Owens says he needs the NXT Championship because he feels he has to have a title when he walks around.

Owens thinks Regal will throw a crooked referee into the ring for his match. He says one guarantee for anything not to happen will be if he gets a ladder match.

Cole then asks Owens if he can beat “The Demon.” Owens rips off his microphone and storms out of the ring and up the ramp to end the segment.
