15. Rusev (Last week No. 10)

The Bulgarian Brute celebrated yet another victory over Mark Henry on RAW to add to his rapidly growing collection, but it was the activities after this match that saw him retreating with his tail between his legs. First, Lana was a thorn in Rusev’s side again by assaulting Summer Rae. When he confronted his former manager, Dolph Ziggler came to her aid, sending him scrambling with a super kick.

14. Neville (Last week No. 11)

The Red Arrow innovator prepared for his superhero SummerSlam battle alongside Stephen Amell opposite Stardust and King Barrett on SmackDown. Neville there found himself in another tag team contest, pairing with Cesaro against Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens. After pushing the WWE World Heavyweight Champion to his limits a few weeks ago, the Man Gravity Forgot was once again on the losing end, but was there to deliver a post-match Red Arrow to Owens.

13. John Cena (Last week NR)

Finally returning to RAW after recovering from a broken nose in a bout with Seth Rollins, John Cena took to the microphone to address their match at SummerSlam. The United States Champion produced one of his better promos, pushing the fact he will become a 16-time World Heavyweight Champion should he defeat Rollins. These mind games added more intrigue to their contest, upping the stakes of their title vs title encounter.

12. The Lucha Dragons (Last week NR)

The Lucha Dragons might have been thrust into the Tag Team Championship scene to add some color and attractive offense to the fatal four-way match at SummerSlam, but they are making the most of their time in the spotlight. The tandem of Kalisto and Sin Cara teamed with the champions they will hope to dethrone on Sunday, the Prime Time Players, to defeat The New Day and Los Matadores on RAW.

11. Cesaro (Last week No. 17)

A mixed week for the Swiss Superman as he prepares for his potentially show-stopping meeting with Kevin Owens at SummerSlam. On SmackDown, Cesaro teamed with Neville in a loss to Owens and Seth Rollins, when the WWE Champion grabbed his trunks during a roll-up. He was able to produce a more favorable result on RAW, supporting Randy Orton in a victory over Owens and Sheamus in the night’s opening contest.
