Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship

Ryback (c) vs Big Show vs The Miz

Result: Ryback retains by pinfall (KO Punch to Miz)

Miz sneaks out of the ring to start the match, and Big Show and Ryback fight it out. Ryback and Miz attempt to double suplex Big Show, but he suplexes both of them at once. Big Show goes to the second rope and hits a senton off the top and Miz covers Ryback for a two count. Ryback also hits a top rope splash onto Miz, and when he gets up Big Show chokeslams Ryback directly onto Miz.

Big Show gets ready for a KO punch, but Ryback ducks and hits a spinebuster. Ryback hits a Shellshock on Big Show, and Miz hits a Skull Crushing Finale. Miz goes back and forth pinning each big guy, but can;t get a count on any of them. Ryback lifts Miz up for a Shellshock but gets KO Punched by Big Show. Miz also gets hit with a KO Punch, and then Ryback dumped Big Show to the outside and pinned Miz for the victory.

Evan’s Note: This match worked as a great pallet cleanser if nothing else. Ryback retained which was the correct choice, but the match itself was nothing special. Hopefully this signals the end of this feud so Ryback can move on to another challenger.
