A lot has happened in WWE in the last 7 days. We take a look at the Top 5 moments in WWE this week.
In the last 7 days, we’ve seen three sell out nights at the Barclays Center in New York. Several titles have changed hands and we’ve seen the return of 3 legends, but what are the top 5 moments in WWE this week?
Lets start with a few things that were amazing but didn’t quite make the list:
- Seth Rollins defeated John Cena, with help from Jon Stewart, to become the first man to ever hold the WWE World Heavyweight and U.S. Championships at the same time.
- The Vaudevillains won the NXT Tag Team Championship from Blake and Murphy at TakeOver: Brooklyn.
- Jon Stewart showed that he could easily fit into the WWE family if he wanted to.
- Despite the fact they weren’t in a match of any great significance, Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady got the biggest pop i think i’ve heard for a long time!
- New Day beat the Prime Time Players, Los Matadores and The Lucha Dragons to win the WWE Tag Team Championship for the second time.
- Stephen Amell put in a more than competent performance in his win alongside Neville against Stardust and Wade Barrett.
- We had a new member of the Wyatt Family debut on Raw, later named as Braun Strowman.
- Sara Lee and Josh were announced as the winners of the latest series of Tough Enough.
