Sting to Open the Show

To close the show last week on RAW, we saw the return of the Vigilante Sting. When Triple H and Stephanie McMahon went to reveal Seth Rollins’ statue, it was Stinger underneath waiting.

And Sting made it very clear what he wanted. After attacking Rollins, Sting was seen holding up the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and saying “you and me” to Rollins. On the WWE Network immediately following RAW, Triple H made the match official. Seth Rollins will face Sting at Night of Champions. Rollins vowed to finish what Triple H didn’t at WrestleMania 31.

On tonight’s episode of RAW, Sting is expected to open the show in the middle of the ring. What could Sting have to say? Will he explain his reasoning for returning to torture the Authority? The last time we saw him, he was shaking hands with Triple H in the middle of the ring at WrestleMania, so there has to be a reason for him coming back now, seemingly to claim the one championship that alluded him.

What will the response be by the Authority and more specifically Seth Rollins? It doesn’t appear likely that Sting will be on every RAW between now and NoC, so the two will have to make the most of their on-screen time and really sell this feud to the audience.
