The theme here continues to be big, physical partners for the smaller Finn Balor. He needs size to make this group a threat.

But who is Nix Jax?

For seemingly an eternity, we’ve had vignettes appear on NXT TV for her debut (they started in August at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn). Jax’s videos have involved her being this dark, cryptic woman who will be out to crush everyone in her path.

Usually when NXT gives vignettes to debuting stars, it means they have big plans in the works for them. Look at Kevin Owens, Apollo Crews, Asuka and Dana Brooke (well, kind of) for evidence of this. This may be the case for Jax, a cousin of The Rock’s.

Jax has been described as the next Kharma (Awesome King in TNA). She’s supposedly larger than most women seen in WWE, so her impact will be felt upon stepping into the ring.

So how does she fit into the Balor Club?

First, there’s talk of a new NXT Diva making her debut at NXT TakeOver: Respect. Obviously, Jax’s name will come up since we’ve seen all the vignettes of her.

If Jax does debut tonight, she could wrestle a match and squash someone like Billie Kay or Peyton Royce. The Balor Club, which hasn’t been created yet in the show, would be scouting her backstage. When the group forms later in the show, she would join the group in the ring when they make their “welcoming attack” on the person who we’ll get to in a second.

Like Corbin and Rhyno, Jax would be an intimidating presence added to the group that would take out any Diva who attempted to go against them. Her size dwarfs others, so it would become a difficult task and make for some interesting TV to see just who could take her down.

Now with the Balor Club now formed, how would they come together?
