Dolph Ziggler vs. Rusev w/ Summer Rae as the Guest Referee

Result: Dolph Ziggler defeats Rusev via pinfall.

Rating: 2.6 out of 5 stars

Rusev landed a series of kicks on Ziggler to take control of the match early on. After a while, Ziggler found an opportunity to reverse a headlock and mount some offense. He snuck in a roll-up and Summer counted a quick two.

Rusev got in Summer’s face, and the distraction allowed Ziggler to hit Rusev with a dropkick. The two went back and forth until Rusev catapulted Ziggler into the turnbuckle and followed up with a superkick.

Rusev went for the pin, and Summer Rae took her time with the count. Rusev again got upset with Summer Rae, and Summer slapped him in the face. Ziggler capitalized and hit the Zig-Zag, which was enough for the three-count.

As Dolph was leaving the ring, Summer Rae stopped him and talked about how Rusev and Lana did wrong by both of them. Summer said the chemistry between her and Ziggler is undeniable, but before she could say anything else Dolph cut her off. He said he isn’t about to let another woman use him, and he exited the ring.
