Seth Rollins rid himself of Kane

After weeks of two different Kane’s, Seth Rollins was finally able to get rid of both Demon and Corporate Kane by defeating Demon Kane last night, retaining the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the process. Rollins earned a clean victory in the center of the ring, something we haven’t seen from him in a while.

The question now is where these two superstars go from here. Kane is out of a job, but that shouldn’t stop the Big Red Machine from causing havoc and it’s really easy to book him back into the picture.

Rollins is more of a mysterious case. He’s the current world champion, the top guy in the WWE. After this lackluster feud, they would be wise to give Rollins something meaningful to sink his teeth into. Reigns is free after his battle with Wyatt, so he may finally get his chance at revenge for what happened at WrestleMania 31, or maybe a new challenger appears. The WWE has been teasing a face-turn for Rollins with some of his interactions with Triple H, and there are rumors that they want to do Triple H vs. Rollins at some point, so we could see that story begin to gain ground.

Either way, the target still is on the back of Rollins. And Sheamus is always lurking with that Money in the Bank briefcase, waiting for the perfect moment to cash-in.
