Who are this week’s movers and shakers in the Daily DDT WWE Power Rankings?

By now everyone has heard about the injury to Seth Rollins. It’s unfortunate, but hopefully his road to recovery will be a smooth one, without any additional complications. Seth Rollins has held down the WWE main event scene for most of the year, and, minus the injury, his first run as WWE World Heavyweight Champion went about as good as a championship run can go.

His absence is a devastating blow to the WWE, especially considering how all the regular main event players of the last decade are off television for the time being. The bright side, though—as many have noted—is that this leaves the door open for other wrestlers to enter the championship picture.

On Raw we got a look at the participants in a tournament to crown a new title holder, and we even saw some wrestlers go through to the quarterfinals. With all the talent involved, this tourney is guaranteed to be exciting and entertaining, and there should be significant movement in the WWE Power Rankings as a result.

We’ve already had some big shifts this week alone (with a little thanks to a pair of returning Superstars). Keep reading and find out how your favorites fared this week.

Note: Daily DDT WWE Power Rankings take into account everything from WWE programming from the past week: Storylines, match quality, championships, and wins and losses are all in play. Performances tracked are based off of Raw, SmackDown, Main Event and other weekly specials, excluding NXT. To be included on this list, a Superstar must be listed on the current WWE.com Superstars roster.
