Last night we saw WWE Survivor Series, a lot happened, not much of it was good.
Heading in to one of the big four WWE pay per views, the two big attractions were the WWE title tournament finals and the match pitting The Undertaker and Kane against the Wyatt Family.
While most fans didn’t expect Undertaker to lose the match on the 25th anniversary of his WWE debut, most of us had predicted how the tournament would play out. It inevitably came down to Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, with Reigns winning the match. He wouldn’t leave with the belt, however, as Sheamus would cash in his Money in the Bank case and walk out of Atlanta as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Not many fans were happy with the decision to have Reigns walk out with the belt, and even less were happy with Sheamus being the man holding the gold.

Despite it being the event that made the Survivor Series Elimination Match famous, we hardly saw any of these type of matches. The elimination matches we did see weren’t really of any note.
We also saw Charlotte and Paige do battle for the WWE Divas Championship. After what was a highly emotional, and somewhat controversial, end to last weeks Raw, that was never even mentioned. An indication that WWE realised they had overstepped the mark a little?
