Dudley Boyz vs. Erick Rowan & Bruan Strowman w/Wyatt Family

Result: Dudley Boyz win via disqualification.

Rating: 2.8 out of 5 stars

D-Von starts off against Erick Rowan, who gets double suplexed by the Dudleyz. Strowman gets tagged in and Bubba Ray tries to wear Strowman down. Bubba gets tossed aside by Strowman and nailed with a clothesline. The Wyatts use the numbers to their advantage and Harper gest in a cheap shot on Bubba Ray.

The Wyatt Family focus on Bubba Ray’s arm and keep him far away from D-Von. He gets the hot tag to D-Von who takes out Rowan. Bubba and D-Von both try to take out Strowman and they send him to the outside. Bubba Ray calls for the tables while looking at Bray Wyatt. As they’re setting up the table, Harper jumps in to cause the disqualification.

Strowman uses his chokehold to knock D-Von out after the match. Bubba gets double chokeslammed through a table by Rowan and Harper.

Evan’s Note: I’m looking forward to the inevitable tables match between the Wyatts and the Dudleyz, but I still think Bray needs to find a dance partner for TLC. The most obvious answer is Kane, as their feud really isn’t done yet.

Also, the Dudleyz should call in some reinforcements from Dudleyville. Bring Spike in and let Strowman toss him around like a rag doll.

Bubba Ray gets all the subtleties of ring psychology that some younger guys don’t. Even while setting up the table, Bubba sold the constant offense to his arm. It’s things like that which take good athletes and make them good wrestlers.
