WWE Royal Rumble 2016: 5 Returns That Could Boost WWE Ratings

The Hardy Boys
Matt and Jeff Hardy were two of the big stars of the Attitude Era, one of the best teams in the history of the WWE, and would without a doubt bring a much-needed boost to the WWE.
They are both currently part of the TNA roster but, with the lack of TV tapings and some ridiculous booking decisions, they have been left without anything meaningful to do in the company. Jeff has lately been the assistant to Ethan Carter, why TNA why? A return to WWE would be a welcome escape for the Hardys.
Earlier in 2015 they won the TNA tag team titles which they later had to vacate after Jeff broke his leg. Matt then won the TNA World Heavyweight title from Ethan Carter III but was forced to vacate it the following week, due to some nonsense booking decision tied in to the TNA TV deal. At this stage in both mens careers they deserve one last decent run in the top company in the wrestling world, not to be dragged along doing nothing in TNA.
If they were to return at consecutive numbers of the Royal Rumble, it would make for one of the biggest pops of the night. Throw in Lita alongside them and you’d have one hell of a team to take on the tag team division; anyone fancy The Hardy Boys vs. The New Day?
