2. One ‘Helluva’ finisher

Anyone who is going to be a main event talent needs to have the type of finisher that can be very unpredictable in when it is utilized. For example, there’s nothing like Randy Orton’s RKO out of nowhere, or John Cena’s Attitude Adjustment being performed either straight up or right out of a counter move.

Zayn is someone who can pull off his Helluva Kick anytime someone is standing near a corner and it can be expanded into a weapon that he can pull off outside the ring near the barricades or inside the ring along the ropes. Think of Zayn’s signature strike as something that can be sort of like this generation’s Sweet Chin Music; a move that is simple and extremely effective in the ring.

As Zayn continues to develop into a potential main event player, the Helluva Kick might not be the only move that gets the crowd excited. The Blue Thunder Bomb can be a set up move and maybe Zayn can build trust to have a super finishing move like AJ Styles’ Styles Clash. Maybe WWE can begin teasing Zayn using the turnbuckle brainbuster – okay, maybe not. We’ll just hope to see how they develop the Helluva Kick.
