WWE Money in the Bank 2016 Results: Ladder Match Video Highlights

Who was able to win the Money in the Bank ladder match and get one step closer to becoming WWE World Heavyweight Champion?

After weeks of trash talking and taking on one another in the ring, Dean Ambrose, Alberto Del Rio, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Chris Jericho, and Cesaro will finally battle for that career changing briefcase. Each man feels that have a right to that briefcase, which could completely turn around their career with a guaranteed title shot within the next year.

Although most wrestlers prefer to keep their cash-in moment a surprise, Ambrose has already stated his intentions that if he wins the match, he’s cashing in against either Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, once the WWE title match is decided. Who reached to the skies and came down with glory? Let’s find out right now!

All six men come out, Owens and Zayn lock eyes, instantly going after each other once the match gets going.

Things start off quickly as Cesaro flips over the ropes and takes out Jericho outside of the ring.

Sami didn’t want to be left out and went for a flip over the top rope, taking out Cesaro, Del Rio, and Ambrose.

Cesaro pulling off what could be the move of the night by jumping from the ladder to the second rope into a flying uppercut!

At this point in the match, nearly everyone has been to the top of the ladder, but each one had been pulled off by other wrestlers.  Kevin Owens was absolutely crushed by Zayn when he was thrown down on the corner of the ladder. Eventually, a platform of ladders was built and everyone got in on the action.

After a ton of disaster occurred, Dirty Deeds by Ambrose on Jericho.

The ending came when Ambrose and Owens faced off, with Ambrose getting the best of the exchange. He was left all alone to grab the briefcase and become Mr. Money in the Bank!

Match started out a bit sloppy, but things picked up with everyone getting their chance to shine. Cesaro looked incredibly strong throughout with Owens taking a ridiculous bump onto the corner of the ladder by Zayn. So many awesome spots, it will take two or three watches to really take in everything. Ambrose was favored coming into the match and ended up getting the big win, will he cash in later on tonight?
