RAW Women’s Title Match: Sasha Banks (c) vs Charlotte
Well, this has been fun, hasn’t it? This has potentially been the best Women’s division feud in the history of the company. Never before have we seen two female superstars who are this good, put on classic match after classic match, drop the belt back and forth to each other, and captivate an audience at this level as has Banks and Charlotte for the past 5 months.
Tangling with each other Sunday in the first ever women’s iron man match to take place on the main roster, the duo will look to add another piece to their brilliant rivalry. With 30 minutes to work with, Banks and Charlotte will undoubtedly come up with new ways to enthrall the WWE universe and write another chapter in their story, a story that looks like it’ll never officially go away. These two have made themselves lifelong adversaries, and although they may move on to different things after Sunday, don’t be surprised if they reprise this program in the future.
So with all that being said, Sunday’s match will tell a lot about the future of the RAW Women’s title. The two have traded the belt back and forth 5 times in the last five months so some stability might do some good. But you can never count Charlotte out. This is going to be good, but it’s The Boss’ time. She retains.
