WWE reportedly has a list of matches they are considering for WrestleMania 33.

With the Royal Rumble pay-per-view on Sunday, WWE is closing in on WrestleMania 33. The Rumble will first declare who is getting a World title shot at the show, then proceed from there with the rest of the match card.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is considering a list of matches for WrestleMania 33, all of which have marquee names involved. Here’s how it could look in Orlando, FL:

  • Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar
  • The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns
  • Triple H vs. Seth Rollins
  • John Cena vs. Samoa Joe
  • Charlotte vs. Bayley vs. Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax
  • AJ Styles vs. Shane McMahon
  • Kevin Owens vs. Chris Jericho
  • Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton

That’s a lot of singles matches involved. There will probably be tag team bouts featured as well. If this is what WWE is considering, however, then WrestleMania 33’s match card has the potential to be outstanding.

Reigns vs. the Undertaker may stick out the most here, if this is true. It would be the highest profile name that the former Shield man has faced in WWE and on the biggest stage. There’s no more streak involved for the Dead Man, but this would still be one of the show’s top matches.

Cena vs. Samoa Joe would be as fresh of a matchup as it could get. The Samoan Submission Machine has yet to make his WWE main roster debut, so this could be an indication that plans are potentially huge for the former ROH star.

Other matches on the list have been rumored or speculated on both, including Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar, Kevin Owens vs. Chris Jericho, and Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton.
