After the events that transpired on WWE SmackDown Live, who will become the new No. 1 contender at Wrestlemania?

As we all know, the battle royal to decide the new No. 1 contender for Bray Wyatt’s WWE Championship at Wrestlemania was not left without controversy on SmackDown. AJ Styles’ and Luke Harper’s feet hit the floor simultaneously, which resulted in a draw between the two final competitors. It was ruled a draw due to the referee’s lack of vision and there being no valid instant replay available. Harper and Styles will face off one-on-one this week to decide who has a date with Wyatt at Wrestlemania.

Also occurring last week, Natalya and Nikki Bella had their falls count anywhere match. After arguably the best women’s division match in SmackDown history, the result was not as expected. Nikki Bella for the second time in recent weeks ran into Maryse backstage. Maryse had finally had enough as she came onto the entrance ramp and hit Bella with a pipe. The Miz would eventually pull Maryse backstage. This allowed Natalya to take the victory. Is this rivalry over?

Naomi was forced by GM, Daniel Bryan to relinquish her Women’s Championship due to injury. Alexa Bliss demanded that she be rewarded the title, however, Bryan had other thoughts. Bliss would once again face off with Becky Lynch for the title. Once again, Bliss cheated in order to secure the victory. Mickie James then, looked to take a shot at the fallen competitor, however, Lynch would have none of it.

The Usos perhaps appear ready to face off with American Alpha in the near future. Perhaps even at Wrestlemania. They had cut one one of the best tag team promo’s the WWE Universe has seen in quite some time. I cannot wait to see the teams finally clash in an epic match-up. Now, let’s get into the predictions for this week.
