WWE Fastlane 2017 is the last WWE PPV before WrestleMania 33. These are its best and worst moments.

With only four weeks remaining until WrestleMania 33, the Superstars of Monday Night Raw got together to put on a brand-exclusive PPV, Fastlane 2017.

The three top-billed matches for the show had Goldberg challenging Kevin Owens for the WWE Universal Championship, Bayley defending the Raw Women’s Championship against Charlotte, and a one-on-one grudge match pitting Roman Reigns against Braun Strowman. These three matches have put a lot of doubt in the minds of fans, as seem set up to get Raw on a slow path towards WrestleMania. However, they also have the potential to provide big surprises that get fans excited for the big show. Either way, they stand to be good matches that provide good entertainment for the night.

That’s the thing about WWE shows. No matter how good, or how bad, they have moments that stand out as good, and moments that stand out poorly. Here are the best and worst moments from Fastlane 2017.

Best: That Samoa Joe Interview

During the Kickoff Show, Charly Caruso interviewed Samoa Joe. The big moment in that interview was when Joe said that his WrestleMania plans will be made clear in the near future.

It was that last minute bit of added intrigue for the show. Anybody watching the Kickoff Show would have had to feel that there was a chance Joe could do something big and noteworthy on Fastlane and that it would be can’t miss.

It was a smart move by Joe and the company.
