WWE Fastlane 2017: 3 Booking Decisions That Should Have Been Made

1 of 4

After another disappointing PPV from Raw, here is a look at 3 things creative should have done at WWE Fastlane.

WWE took its final stop before WrestleMania this past Sunday as we headed towards WWE Fastlane. Though the PPV featured ample moments that had an impact it is a foregone conclusion that this will be a forgotten event soon. Goldberg won his first WWE Universal title by demolishing Kevin Owens, much to the dismay of hardcore fans. Roman Reigns would add insult to injury by beating Braun Strowman clean.

However, a case could be made for the Reigns vs. Strowman match. Not only did it feature enough brutal spots, the moves they pulled off were amazing too. In the end it could be read as Reigns being lucky enough to dodge that massive splash. Elsewhere, Charlotte’s PPV streak would come to an end at the hands of Bayley.

An underwhelming tag title match and lack of surprises hurt the PPV overall. It certainly looked like WWE was trying to make a few things right during Raw this week. However, had some of those things that happened Monday night happened on Sunday, WWE Fastlane could have been an entirely different agenda. So what exactly should have been done? Join us as we suggest three things that should have happened this past Sunday.
