Jeff and Matt Hardy Train with Kangaroo in Last TNA Appearance (Video)

Jeff and Matt Hardy made one last appearance on TNA Impact Wrestling, and it was fantastic.

Jeff and Matt Hardy left TNA days into March, as the new regime took over and brought in new talent. This has since seen them sign with Ring of Honor, appear at Manhattan Mayhem, and win the ROH World Tag Team Championship on the same night. Along with this, WWE speculation has run rampant with the brothers in recent days.

Well, on Thursday night, the Hardys had one last appearance to make on Impact Wrestling. It was part of their Expedition of Gold, which saw them be “teleported” away from the Impact Zone and travel, searching for and winning tag team championships.

So what did the Hardys do on their final night in TNA? They trained with a kangaroo named Smokin’ Joe Frazier, of course.

After they finished training with Smokin’ Joe, they teleported away to seemingly their next destination. However, the Decay suddenly appeared and had the Impact Tag Team Championship, with no explanation of how they got it.

Matt took issue with this, saying “No being can teleport without being in direct contact with the INCOMPARABLE @Vanguard1AAR.”

He then posted a video of what really happened after teleporting with Jeff. They were sent to a CWF Mid-Atlantic show and won the OMEGA Tag Team Championship.

So this is how the TNA era of Matt and Jeff Hardy ended. They weren’t allowed to appear to drop the TNA tag titles, so the company had to find a way to write them off. It was odd and difficult to tell how the Decay wound up with the belts, so we’ll see if it gets explained soon. However, with the Broken Ones gone, will the new ownership bother to explain on TV how the Decay almost magically became the champions?

For those looking to watch the Hardys in action, you can see them at the ROH 15th Anniversary Show on Friday night. They’ll defend the ROH World Tag Team Championship against the Young Bucks and Roppongi Vice. To see if they retain the belts and delete their competition, follow along here.
