Did Xavier Woods Appear on WWE Raw After Paige’s Leaked Video?

WWE did indeed put Xavier Woods on Raw, which didn’t lead to much, except for this one moment to open the segment.

Over the weekend, there was plenty of WWE news that didn’t exactly involve the ring. It saw Paige have personal photos and videos leaked of her, which is an inexcusable act for whoever committed this. Fellow WWE star Xavier Woods was linked to the leaked content.

Paige isn’t going to be on WWE programming for the foreseeable future, due to an injury, but Woods is healthy. With Raw on Monday night, one had to wonder if he would even appear on the show given how “aware” wrestling fans are of this, and in front of an outspoken Brooklyn, NY crowd.

Well, New Day did appear on Raw, but in a backstage segment that talked about WrestleMania 33. However, to open this, Big E and Kofi Kingston were standing on opposite sides of Woods, and gave him a look. Big E then said, “Something you want to tell us,” before they went into discussing the Show of Shows.

It was as subtle of a remark as they could possibly make without actually saying it which, of course, can’t happen on TV. This, in a way, let the elephant out of the room, as well with the Barclays Center possibly busting to chant something obscene about Woods’ situation.

WWE wisely did not put Xavier Woods in the ring, though, which could have turned this situation in a whole other direction. If anything, maybe they keep him away next Monday, as Raw will be in Philadelphia, PA. This is another city that tends to have a red-hot crowd, so they may make “smart” remarks. We’ll see what happens in seven days.
