What can we expect to see when Bayley defends her title against Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Nia Jax at WWE WrestleMania 33?

As of last week’s installment of the WWE’s flagship show, the upcoming Raw Women’s Championship match between Bayley, Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks will now feature Nia Jax – upgrading this to a fatal four-way at WrestleMania.

As good as this bout may look on paper, however, it’s safe to say that this year’s title match has already paled in comparison to last year’s instant classic between Charlotte, Sasha and Becky Lynch for the newly introduced WWE Women’s Title.

The narrative has felt rushed, with Bayley’s crowning achievement of winning the gold coming right out of the blue on a standard Monday Night Raw broadcast, as opposed to on a pay-per-view at the culmination of a long and tumultuous rivalry.

Bayley’s moment seemed to be thrown together on a whim to shake things up before WrestleMania, and it hasn’t done this feud any justice heading into April 2.

On top of that, the match has very few, if any, outcomes that can drastically effect the Raw women’s division as a whole. Charlotte, Bayley and Sasha Banks have all been champion now, and since Nia’s popularity isn’t quite up there with her opponents, there aren’t many ways for this bout’s closing moments to blow our minds.

Setting the bar low in terms of expectancy might be okay here, since these are still four very entertaining athletes that can deliver a match worthy of the stage, so the prospect of these ladies surpassing all expectations isn’t all that unlikely.

So what exactly can we expect in this one? Let’s take a look.
