The RAW Women’s Division

Highlights of the Division

Bayley finally scored her WrestleMania moment by defending her championship against the top 3 contender in her division. Even winning her huge 6 Women Tag Team Match on RAW has solidified her as a credible champion with a respectable record compared to a couple of weeks ago.

Nia Jax might have had a huge setback being eliminated first in her first WrestleMania championship match but she’s still the favourite to dethrone Bayley for the title. It had to take three women to lay Nia’s shoulders to the mat for the three count and I don’t see any scenario where that will happen ever again.

Sasha Banks definitely needs a character shift to justify a title shot against her friend Bayley because I don’t see her jumping over Nia Jax in the championship pecking order.

Charlotte is officially stuck in the purgatory position of the division. She’s way better than the pretenders but not good enough to beat the champion or the top-level contenders above her. She’ll benefit from the Superstar Shakeup if she gets thrown to Smackdown Live where she’ll thrive at the top of their Women’s Division.

Dana Brooke was on the winning team in that tag team match on RAW while Emma made her debut after being away over a year ago. It’ll be interesting to see which one of these women will shed the pretenders label first.

These are the rankings for the division this week.
