4. Rusev and Lana

Let’s face it, Rusev is one of the most incorrectly booked superstars on either roster. Rusev’s career has had ups and downs and just wildly inconsistent. When the original brand split happened Rusev was the United States champion. Shortly after the split, he entered a feud with Roman Reigns that saw him lose the United States championship in a series of brutal matches. After that, he was entered into a strange storyline involving him teaming up with Jinder Mahal to face off with Enzo and Big Cass. Because of that he really got lost in the shuffle and needs a restart. This move would also help Lana. Lana has said multiple times that she wants to be in the ring more often.

This move would also help Lana. She has said multiple times that she wants to be in the ring more often. SmackDown‘s Women’s division has proven to give opportunities to more women than the women on RAW. Lana staying on Monday nights would really hinder her in-ring development. With Rusev being out with an injury don’t be surprised if Lana joins NXT for a few shows like she has in the past.
