Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman is the latest match to be added to WWE Payback 2017. Will it have a stipulation?

It’s been a quickly-developing night for the 2017 WWE Payback pay-per-view. We already saw Seth Rollins vs. Samoa Joe join four other matches, making for an intriguing Raw-exclusive show. However, we have our sixth one created.

The opening segment of Monday’s episode of Raw saw Braun Strowman come to the ring to brag about his attack on Roman Reigns from one week prior. This featured Strowman brutalize Reigns, push him off a stretcher and topple him in a turned-over ambulance.

So, Raw General Manager Kurt Angle made his way to the ring. He decided to give the former Shield man what he wanted — a match with the Monster Among Men at WWE Payback.

Below is an updated look at the match card, sans Strowman vs. Reigns. It’s possible one or two bouts are added, including one for the Raw Women’s Championship.

House of Horrors Match for the WWE Championship
Randy Orton (c) vs. Bray Wyatt

WWE United States Championship Match
Kevin Owens (c) vs. Chris Jericho

Raw Tag Team Championship Match
The Hardys (c) vs. Cesaro and Sheamus

WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match
Neville (c) vs. Austin Aries

Samoa Joe vs. Seth Rollins

Strowman vs. Reigns doesn’t have any added stipulations, but given Brock Lesnar’s involvement with both, maybe this changes. Lesnar and Heyman challenged the Big Dog to a WWE Universal Championship match, only for Strowman to answer it. It may have teased more to come.
