It has been announced that Brock Lesnar will be defending his WWE Universal Championship at WWE Great Balls of Fire in July, but who will his opponent be?

Yes, the Pay-Per-View is actually called “Great Balls of Fire.” Yes, Brock Lesnar’s first title defense will take place three months after he won the title.

2017 sure is a strange time for wrestling, but that is what happens when you have an evil genius of a boss with the sense of humor of a 12-year-old and a part-time world champion.

Nevertheless, Lesnar, despite his absence from RAW, is still a credible champion in need of a worthy competitor. Goldberg was booked and perceived as a complete monster, and Lesnar was able to conquer him.

So, Brock’s next competitor should probably be pretty good at the whole wrestling thing. While there are plenty of viable options on this RAW roster, there are only a select few that could face Brock at this PPV.

For some, they may be current title holders who are not currently eyeing the WWE Universal Championship. For others, it just may not be the right time to pull the trigger on a showdown with The Beast Incarnate.

However, for three individuals on the current RAW roster, a shot at Lesnar’s belt may be in the near future. In fact, any of these three competitors could be potential opponents for Lesnar at WWE Great Balls of Fire.

Let’s find out who the newest visitor of Suplex City could potentially be.
