Dolph Ziggler Calls Out Shinsuke Nakamura

It’s taking a lot for WWE to hold back on giving Nakamura a TV match. We’ve seen multiple promo segments with him and Ziggler on SmackDown Live, so will this make anything different?

Ziggler talks about his career and lists of some accolades, calling himself a “movie star.” He turns it to how no one appreciates him. People used to, until WWE shoved the Showoff to the backburner with that awkward Rusev feud in 2015.

The crowd chants something at Ziggler, which he says will be “edited out.” Sorry, man, but it was not (this show took place at 2:00 p.m. ET).

Nakamura makes his way out. Ziggler tells him to “put up or shut up,” but gets cut off. Nakamura tells him to “shut up” and makes a challenge for a match right now. A referee shows up, and as it looks like things are about to happen, Ziggler says “no” and will “expose Nakamura for the fraud he is at Backlash,” leading to a fight. It looks like we have our latest match then for the card, which the King of Strong Styles will almost certainly win.

Sami Zayn, AJ Styles and Randy Orton Backstage

Zayn’s latest backstage gathering sees him talking a lot. He speaks for Orton and Styles tells them to visualize the match. While doing this, Zayn has his eyes closed. He opens them and sees no one there.

As Luke Gallows would say: nerd! This has happened with Zayn before, being this anxious, overzealous guy. It’s funny in spurts like this.
