Sami Zayn vs Baron Corbin

After months and months of speculation fans finally got their wish when Sami Zayn landed on Smackdown Live thanks to the Superstar Shakeup. Zayn ending up in the Land of Opportunity wanted to quickly show he deserves the chances that he never received on Monday Night RAW.

Despite a fan favorite among the fans some of the Locker room was not impressed in Zayn coming over to Tuesday Nights. The Lone Wolf, Baron Corbin was the biggest name not happy with this debut.

Since being drafted to the Blue Brand last Summer, Corbin has become one of the fastest rising stars on Tuesday Nights. Feeling like he deserves championship chances more than Zayn, Corbin attacked the Underdog from the Underground during an episode of Talking Smack.

Corbin believes that he is the best talent on Smackdown Live and that he deserves a Championship opportunity. He seemed in line to receive another Intercontinental Championship shot, however that was not meant to be as Dean Ambrose moved over to RAW.

Sami Zayn is going to want to show on his first Smackdown PPV that he is ready to be the top star many feel he can be. To do that though he is going have to conquer a man who will do anything he must to win and place himself in a championship spot.

This might be too much for the former NXT Champion to accomplish at Backlash.
