With the SmackDown Live roster being smaller than RAW picking the field isn’t as hard as it used to be. These men are six of the Blue Brand’s top stars so it only makes sense for them to compete for that contract. In the past we’ve seen more than 6 men but as I’ve said the roster isn’t as big as it used to be so I hope they don’t water down the competition by having more than 6.

The Money in the Bank Ladder match is something like a trade deadline in any of the major sports. The superstars in the match will try to either turn their year around or continue the momentum they’ve built in the first six months of the year. Should this end up being the field of superstar, the only previous winner is Dolph Ziggler. If I had to make a pick as to who would win the match this year it would be Baron Corbin.
