As the road to Money in the Bank continues, the men and women of SmackDown Live prepare for another episode. Here is everything you need to know heading into tonight’s show:

Last week, Shane McMahon chose to announce the six SmackDown Live superstars who will be competing in the Money in the Bank ladder match. Those men are AJ Styles, Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Shinsuke Nakamura.

Because of this announcement, the main event of that episode featured a tag team match pitting Nakamura and Styles versus Owens and Ziggler. At the end of the contest, Nakamura and Styles was the team standing tall.

Although they defeated the champions in back to back singles matches, Breezango failed to win the Tag Team titles last week. Despite this, the duo once again showed why they deserved their recent opportunities.

Speaking of the SmackDown Live Tag Team Championship, it seems that the Usos are without challengers at the moment. Can we expect see new contenders arise ahead of the Money in the Bank event?

For the past several weeks, Rusev has been teasing his return to WWE television. It hasn’t happened as of this writing, but tonight’s episode may mark his comeback.

Another return to WWE television that has been hyped as of late revolves around the New Day. They’re the hottest trio in the company today, so you can expect to see them sooner rather than later.

Due to the number of women interested in competing for Naomi’s Women’s Championship, Shane McMahon has made a decision. Tonight, Becky Lynch, Carmella, Charlotte, Natalya, and Tamina Snuka will compete in a fatal-five-way. The winning woman will receive a future title shot against Naomi.
