WWE Extreme Rules is this Sunday, the big match is a Fatal Five Way Contendership Match and Samoa Joe should be victorious and go on to face Brock Lesnar.

It has been a few months since Brock Lesnar captured the WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania after finally defeating Goldberg. Since then he has not defended the title, that is all about to change with Raw GM Kurt Angle announcing a Fatal Five Way Contendership match with the winner going on to face Lesnar for the title at the next Raw-exclusive PPV. The five men in the match are Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Finn Balor and Samoa Joe.

These five guys are the main event players on Raw, and one of them has the chance to win and become No. 1 Contender. The question is who should win, who makes the most sense and who will have a good match with Lesnar. Each superstar possesses the right qualities for this, but there is one who is standing out above the rest. Joe has risen above everyone else, gaining victories and looking strong.

He is a powerhouse of a guy and the thought of him facing Lesnar is quite intriguing. It would make for a big feud on Raw, and someone for the Beast Incarnate to go up against until Braun Strowman is ready to return from injury. It isn’t just about someone for Brock, it is about developing Joe and to prove he can easily hang with the beast and give him a run for his money. There are many more reasons why Joe should win, let’s examine them in more detail.
