The Miz (c) vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins

The Miz just picked up his seventh WWE Intercontinental Championship win at Extreme Rules. He defeated Dean Ambrose, winning this title for the third time in less than 12 months to pull it off. It’s making Miz one of the best holders in the history of this belt, and should lead to him receiving some type of honor one day.

In the meantime, the A-lister will need to make a title defense, likely at Great Balls of Fire. Ambrose being part of this seems like a given, but after all the matches these two have had in the past six months, what if WWE switched things up a bit?

With the main event consumed and Finn Balor and Bray Wyatt potentially rekindling their feud, it leaves Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins without a clear-cut direction. They can each express a desire for another title, with Samoa Joe consuming the Universal Championship. That can be the Intercontinental Title.

So Ambrose, Reigns and Rollins all being involved in the same match would spark Shield reunion speculation, and why not? All three are babyfaces, but haven’t interacted together on Raw since the Superstar Shakeup. Somethinig is bound to happen, and with the summer always a time when WWE steps up, maybe they’ll get creative here.
