The RAW Mid Card Division

Highlights of the Division

The Miz winning back the Intercontinental Championship for the seventh time raises the title that much higher than what Ambrose has done for these past few months. The A-Lister is the perfect title holder in the mid-card division to elevate the title that even main-eventers could potentially challenge him for the gold. He should be given a lengthy title run for a few months while he racks up much-needed wins to prop up his win/loss record.

Dean Ambrose is better chasing the championship than holding it. It looks like his next potential feud after the Miz might be Elias Samson, which would be perfect for the former NXT standout. Both men have some unfinished business and it would be a perfect opportunity to elevate the Drifter as a serious mid-card contender down the road.

Kalisto scored two victories over Apollo Crews and Titus O’Neal to move up one spot in the rankings. The luchador could be a prime candidate to challenge the Miz for the Intercontinental Championship after he takes care of business with Dean Ambrose. The former Lucha Dragon has had more success the past two months on RAW than he did since being on Smackdown Live for nearly 8 months. Change of scenario sure does work wonders in the WWE.

These are the rankings for the division this week.
