Welcome back, Emma – you get to take the fall in this one!

Overall, this was on the better side of average. The finish had some excitement to it, but for a trios match it was a little dull for the majority.
The dynamic of Alexa bailing on her team is something different. Judging by the previous segment that devolved into this match, Alexa should have her head on a swivel and not trust anyone. With six potential challengers for the championship, it’ll get lonely on the top.

And honestly. Alexa should be bailing out on this match. She came down to the ring to air her grievances, and was interrupted by not one, not two, but five other superstars. Now she ends up in a tag match simply because she got jumped? Nah, I’d be leaving that match, too. Why risk getting softened up before a potential title match to help out someone who may be challenging for said championship?
Like I said, though, the finish picked things up a bit. Mickie’s leap from the top rope to the outside looked awkward, but impressive. Sasha’s transition from the kick out into a Banks Statement looked pretty seamless. Just, poor Emma, coming back to take the fall.
Bayley
Conspicuous by her absence in the match here, Bayley gets the ol’ pre-tape interview with Corey Graves. It’s a great idea – without the audience in front of her, or the pressure of being “live,” Bayley comes across as a better speaker here than she has lately.
The problem, though, is she sounds better while she’s saying the same old garbage that hasn’t been working for her since joining the main roster. Writing in the journal, talking about how this is all she ever wanted to do, etc. – it’s time to take a different approach.
Doesn't look like @WWEGraves is much of a hugger... #RAW @itsBayleyWWE pic.twitter.com/VIwjUQzq1y

The big positive, however awkward, is that NXT Bayley made a brief appearance at the end of the interview. Asking a befuddled Graves for a hug and seeing the difference in reactions – that’s the Bayley everyone loves. If that comes back a bit, maybe more organically, it could signal a turnaround for her.
