WWE Money in the Bank 2017 Live Stream: Watch Online
A look at how to watch Sunday night’s WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view online.
This Sunday is WWE’s Money in the Bank pay per view. Money in the Bank is seen as the unofficial fifth member of “The Big Four” (Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam, Survivor Series) and some would even say it has taken the place of Survivor Series in that 4th spot. This year’s event is a little more special as it will feature the first ever Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
This year MITB will be a SmackDown Live-exclusive pay per view. For anyone unaware as to what a Money in the Bank Ladder match is, here we go. Hanging above the ring will be a briefcase that contains a contract for a WWE/SmackDown Women’s Championship match. This briefcase can be “cashed in” at any time of the winner’s choosing.
Because of the two ladder matches and those taking time, there are only five matches on the card. In the main event this Sunday, Jinder Mahal will defend his WWE Championship against St. Louis’ own, Randy Orton. This is a rematch from their previous match at Backlash that saw Mahal pin Orton to win the WWE Championship.
In the Women’s division, Naomi will have her first title defense on a pay per view. The debuting “Ravishing Russian”, Lana will attempt to dethrone Naomi in her first televised match since WrestleMania 32. The longest reigning tag team champions, The New Day will challenge The Usos for the SmackDown Live Tag Team Championships. With a win, The New Day will be the first team to hold both the RAW and SmackDown Live tag team titles.
Finally, the Money in the Bank Ladder Matches. Becky Lynch, Carmella, Charlotte, Natalya and Tamina will all compete to become the first ever “Ms. Money in the Bank”. With a somewhat unpredictable Women’s Championship match, could we see a cash in by the winner later that night?
In the men’s match, AJ Styles, Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura look to become this year’s “Mr. Money in the Bank”. Could we see Dolph Ziggler become a two-time winner, or an upstart like Corbin or Zayn walk away with the briefcase?
