With Money in the Bank behind them, the men and women of SmackDown Live prepare for yet another episode. Here is everything you should know heading into tonight’s show:

Amidst controversy, Carmella was able to make history and become the first female Money in the Bank winner. While one would expect her to be able to cash-in the briefcase at some point, this might not be a possibility. SmackDown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan is set to return here tonight, and he’ll want to get to the bottom of what transpired on Sunday.

Thanks to the distraction offered by the Singh Brothers, Jinder Mahal successfully retained his WWE Championship. Now that he’s achieved two consecutive victories over Randy Orton, the Maharajah appears to be unstoppable. Is there anyone on the Blue Brand who is capable of taking the title from him?

During the Money in the Bank event, the New Day battled the Usos in a highly entertaining encounter. Unfortunately, the Usos decided to take a count-out loss rather than risk losing their Tag Team Championships. Living to fight another day, there’s no doubt these two teams will meet once again.

In her first singles match on WWE programming, Lana was in a prime position to make statement. A championship match against Naomi is nothing to take lightly, and the Ravishing Russian knew that fully. Despite coming out on the losing end of the match, she delivered a rather strong performance.

For the first time in his career, Baron Corbin won the coveted MiTB briefcase. With a guaranteed title shot in his possession, it’s only a matter of time before the Lone Wolf makes history yet again.
