WWE SummerSlam 2017: Match Card Predictions After Great Balls of Fire

The SmackDown Women’s Championship picture changed over the past few weeks, with Lana floating around the picture (she lost three straight title matches) and Carmella claiming the Money in the Bank briefcase. However, it’s mostly back to Naomi looking for another challenger.

With SummerSlam approaching, it might be time for WWE to break out the top stars of the SmackDown Women’s Division for a title match. That would feature Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch joining the picture, even though it’s three faces battling in the same match.

Tamina is seemingly paired up with Lana, as her bodyguard, so they’re likely out for now. Carmella will get her opportunity whenever she cashes in. Natalya is on the outside looking in and doesn’t seem close to reentering the picture.

Naomi vs. Flair vs. Lynch is the star-studded match WWE may look for, at a show like SummerSlam. It’s a popular face champion, one of the most decorated women of all time, and a fan-favorite in the same bout. This could make for a fun 10-15 minute match.
