WWE SmackDown Live: Who’s Responsible for the Attacks on Breezango?

The Fashion Files storyline has given new life to a tag team many fans knew were talented, but seemed directionless.
Since challenging The Usos for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships at BackLash, Breezango has been under attack. These anonymous assailants have trashed Breezango’s headquarters on more than one occasion, and have even physically assaulted the (Fashion) Police! The reason behind the attacks: Breezango got too close to the tag titles.
The Fashion Files have been one of the most consistently great angles on SmackDown Live since the Superstar Shakeup. Breezango and the cast of characters on the Fashion Files have flexed their comedy chops by spoofing all manners of cop tropes, including noir, buddy cop films, and “vice.”
Let’s put on our Cadet in Training badges, load up our squirt guns, and dive deep into the fashion files to find out who has been attacking Breezango.
The Colons and The Ascension – Exonerated
I am going to take a cue from my commanding officers; The Colons and The Ascension are no longer suspects. Despite at one point being prime suspects, both teams proved their innocence.
The Colons were the first suspects in the case. On May 30th, Fandango discovered cologne at the site of the vandalized Fashion Police headquarters. After defeating Primo and Epico, the cologne was sent to the boys at the lab. Unbeknownst to Fandango, there were no “boys” or “lab,” so he tasted the cologne himself and deemed that it was not The Colon’s cologne.
The Ascension, on the other hand, were the most recent suspects. At Money in the Bank, Breezango received a fax and VHS from the perpetrators. The shadowy figures said that they would reveal themselves in a match later in the night.
The Ascension incriminated themselves when they walked out to challenge Breezango to a tag match. Breezango quickly dispatched the suspected perps, in what was a fairly underwhelming reveal. However, after a long and grueling interrogation session, The Ascension maintained their innocence. As it turns out, they only came out so they could be included in the Money in the Bank pay per view.
With two teams exonerated, let’s take a look at some of the other suspects to the Fashion Police attacks.
