I hate the idea of a match just to have a match. This wasn’t a squash match, or maybe it was. I don’t really what this match was, who the two women in the ring were, or why I should care about them. By the end of the match I cared even less.
I understand the need to build up the Mae Young Classic with qualifying matches, but it certainly isn’t going to inspire any additional viewers based on that performance. I wish they could have cut some time out of all the WWE.com exclusives they played and let those two women wrestle a bit more.
SAnitY attacks Drew McIntyre Outside of Arena
A WWE.com exclusive clip shows Killian Dain and Alexander Wolfe of SAnitY attacking Drew McIntyre. McIntyre upon his return has remained undefeated at NXT as has Killian Dain. SAnitY was clearly sending a message to McIntyre, with Alexander Wolfe saying “Tick Tick the clock is ticking Mr. Undefeated.” This leads directly into our next segment …
