2. Breezango and The New Day Cross Paths
This was another entertaining segment involving Breezango. Though this was not being aired as a Fashion Files episode, rather as a backstage segment, the fact that the longest reigning tag champs decided to pay a visit to the Fashion Police make it a certain No. 2. In terms of comedy and goofiness, this was one of the more entertaining segments.
Big E’s lines ‘We are Black and… White’ had almost all of the audience chuckling. Moreover, Breeze and Dango played along well with the New Day. The exchanges were really funny and everybody played off of each other well. Moreover, this was a slightly dry period for the Fashion Police. After failing to capture the titles from the Usos, they really didn’t have a feud or direction. Enter the New Day with their signature jokes and antics.
The result was a longer than usual segment of Breezango. It could be argued that this was not necessarily a Fashion Files episodes. However, regardless, the characters were in place and the segment showcased every joke and insult directed at the Usos. Moreover, this segment was a welcome change from what we had seen from the Fashion Files until then. From here on, Fashion Police evolved further and began to dress us as police characters from cult shows.
