Predictions for Monday’s episode of WWE Raw.
On Monday night, the latest episode of WWE Raw will take place. It’s the last show before the SummerSlam pay-per-view, with SmackDown Live set to commence on Tuesday night as the official final event before Sunday’s marquee pay-per-view.
From the Raw side of things, almost everything looks set for the match card. It starts with the WWE Universal Championship match, as Brock Lesnar will defend against Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe, and Braun Strowman.
Per the match stipulation, if Lesnar loses the Universal Championship, he will leave the WWE. So, Monday night could be his last Raw appearance — ever. Will that mean the Beast Incarnate lays out everyone in his past as one last gift?
Meanwhile, Reigns, Strowman, and Joe will all look to stake their claim to the Universal Championship. Will any of these three Superstars shine on the USA Network?
The contender to Alexa Bliss’ Raw Women’s Championship at SummerSlam will be decided on Monday. It was Bayley’s opportunity, but she suffered a shoulder injury earlier in the month. That leaves Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax for the right to face Bliss. Which woman will walk out with a chance at the title?
Plenty will go down as Raw puts on a three-hour show to finalize its plans for SummerSlam. Let’s get into what we think will happen when the program goes live at 8:00 p.m. ET.
