WWE: Top 15 Most Talented Superstars At Dancing

facebooktwitterreddit

With Nikki Bella becoming the third WWE Superstar to compete on the hit ABC show “Dancing with the Stars,” I thought about my Top 15 WWE dancers.  It’s not always about being the best or most prolific.

The hit ABC show “Dancing with the Stars,” which premieres Season 25 on Monday, Sept. 18, features WWE Superstar Nikki Bella.

This marks the third time a WWE Superstar is competing for the Mirror Ball. Stacy Keibler (third in Season 2 in 2006) and Chris Jericho (eliminated fifth in Season 12 in 2011) are the other two.

Not bad.

That got me thinking.

Who showed me something in WWE history, when it comes to cutting the rug on TV?

You don’t have to be the best best or most prolific to make my list. Entertainment value, — putting smiles on faces — goes a long way.

My Top 15 Dancing (WWE style)

15. Fandango (with Summer Rae)

Now he’s teaming with another blonde.

14. The Oddities with ICP

Kurrgan and Giant Silva got the moves.

13. Extreme Expose (Kelly Kelly, Brooke, Layla)

Layla is legit. She is a former NBA Miami Heat dancer.

12. Rhythm & Blues (Honky Tonk Man, Greg Valentine) with Jimmy Hart

Honky Tonk Man put the entertainment in sports entertainment, before sports entertainment was fashionable in WWE. Who knew The Hammer could move like that? By the way, DDP (before we knew Diamond Dallas Page) is driving the car for Rhythm & Blues at WrestleMania VI.

11. R-Truth (What’s Up)

The truth is he can dance.

10. Shawn Michaels (Sexy Boy, Sexy Dancer)

Whether he is the Heartbreak Kid or Heartbreak Kidding, the girls love the moves.

9. Tons of Funk (Brodus Clay, Tensai, Naomi, Cameron) with JoJo

People love to see a big man dance, and in this case, you get double the trouble, including the leader of WWE development. I don’t think he’s doing any dancing at the WWE Performance Center.

Naomi got her start by dancing in a WWE ring, after dancing for the NBA Orlando Magic.

8. Junkyard Dog (This dog can dance)

Fans loved JYD. After stepping through opponents, he would celebrate by dancing with kids in the ring. One time he even brought his momma into the ring for a unique two-step.

7. New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods)

New Day rocks, especially Big E.

6. The Godfather (and The Ho Train)

One of the greatest entrances, all-time. Who cares if the dancing is good or not.

5. Dusty Rhodes (polka dot version)

He can do it all, and that includes dancing in the ring.

4. Too Cool (Rikishi, Grandmaster Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty)

Two silly guys and a “thong wearing fatty” dancing. What’s not to like.

3. The Coach Jonathan Coachman

Coach said on his radio show that he wants to be on “Dancing with the Stars.”

2. Dude Love (Out Of Sight)

Talk about a complete 180 from Mankind.

Mrs. Foley’s baby boy showed his dancing prowess, sort of.

1. Vince McMahon (of course)

The boss said he would do anything he asks his independent contractors to do, and this proves it.
