Analyzing five areas where the WWE went wrong in their recent week of  television programming.

If you’re a WWE fan, then you’re probably feeling halfway decent about the company right now. Sure, there are still plenty of issues for the company to clean up but if we’re just taking the past two weeks into account, the company appears to be moving in the right direction. The Shield look headed for a reunion on Raw, Kevin Owens has been nothing short of brilliant on SmackDown Live, and NXT continues to be be what they are: awesome. So what’s to complain about?

Well unfortunately for the WWE, there are still some areas that need some tweaking. There weren’t really any “bad” segments from any of the shows this week. “Underwhelming” might be a better word for a few of them though. What it appears is happening is that the top programs in the company are being booked well, while also being given the appropriate amount of air time in order to shine. However, the lower card feuds seem to be falling victim to lazy, repetitive story lines that do absolutely nothing to further the workers involved. If there were just a little bit more time and energy given to these segments, each and very show might be solid from beginning to end.

So like I always say, in order to fix a problem, you first have to identify that you have one. Here are five moments from the WWE week of programming that need to be better.
