Braun Strowman Is In An Avenged Sevenfold Music Video

There are plenty of metal WWE Superstars, and you can chalk up Braun Strowman as one of them. He can be found making an appearance in Avenged Sevenfold’s music video for the song “Wish You Were Here”.

Braun Strowman is one of the scariest performers in WWE. Aptly nicknamed “The Monster Among Men”, Strowman’s cage-breaking, ring-breaking, and hospital-flipping feats of strength, are well-documented. But outside of the ring, Strowman seems like a pretty cool guy, especially when he isn’t putting down a ridiculous amount of Chipotle. Or maybe that makes him cooler. I don’t know.

Avenged Sevenfold released a music video for their song “Wish You Were Here”, which is a cover of the Pink Floyd song. It’s one of the singles released from their hit album “The Stage” (the deluxe edition of the album). The cover’s great, but that’s what we’ve come to expect from A7X.

What’s really important is the brief appearance that Strowman makes. Yes, the “Monster Among Men” has a split-second cameo in this video, and a Reddit user found this and kindly shared the video at the spot when Braun appears. Seriously, I can’t thank them enough for finding this gem, because, as a metal and WWE fan, it made my day.

I don’t know what’s more impressive, the fact that Strowman is in this video or the fact that he didn’t completely destroy the set of the concert. Either way, this is an awesome song/cover, and it’s made all the more better by Braun’s appearance. I mean, literally everything is better with Braun. For example, here’s a video of him hitting a gnarly deficit deadlift several years ago. Even lifting videos are better with Braun.

As for Strowman’s current work on the main roster, there’s a chance he could be involved in the angle that brings The Shield back for TLC. After all, Strowman’s biggest rival in WWE is Roman Reigns, and he just beat Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins on back-to-back episodes of Raw.
