4. Braun Strowman

Braun Strowman is another name that does not exactly jump out as a big name, at least for casual fans, in the WWE. However, the work that he has been putting on in 2017 has made him the hottest wrestler of the year.

Strowman is incredibly over with the crowd, and with Roman Reigns locked into his Universal Championship match with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, there may not be a bigger name when it comes to full timers.

He is still relatively inexperienced and less exposed as other wrestlers, but if WWE is trying to make this guy into a staple of the main event scene for years to come, a WrestleMania match against McGregor should immediately launch him into mega superstardom.

The argument could be made that the fight would not be good or realistic due to the size difference.

That argument should be null and void after looking back at Floyd Mayweather’s run in WWE. He had a successful WrestleMania angle with Big Show, and, despite the 200+ pound difference, Mayweather ended up winning the match.

So, McGregor may be the best fighter in his weight class, but is he any competition for The Monster Among Men?
