Who were the biggest stars from this week’s edition of WWE Raw? Did Braun Strowman manage to make it to this list for a third consecutive week?
WWE Raw aired from the Moda Center in Portland this week. The show would kick into top gear right from the start, with the Shield bringing back their old attire and entrance. From there, we would witness a show that went from high point to high point most of the time. Even the Cruiserweight division had a nice segment where at least one man was booked like a real star. However, that does not mean this was a perfect show.
In fact, this week was far from perfect. Except for the many moments that involved either the Shield or the Miztourage, the show dragged. Jason Jordan went from teaming with the Hardy Boys to Titus Worldwide in a blink. The pairing and the match itself did nothing to benefit anyone involved. Somewhere else, Jack Gallagher fought with Cedric Alexander in a forgetful match. Perhaps it was put there to remind us there was a match between those two performers and their running buddies this Sunday at TLC.
The worst segment of the night though, would come at the expense of Finn Balor. It had nothing to do with Balor though. But it had everything to do with the material he had to work with and the special effects creative had in place. The entire ordeal was painful. It is really difficult to buy into his match against Bray Wyatt at the moment.
Lastly, the Big Red Monster, Kane would make an unexpected return to WWE Raw, albeit completely out of shape. The heel would then be presented as the fifth member of the Miz’s team of Mizfits who has issues with the reunited Shield. On a night where Shield took the center stage, who were the biggest stars from the show? Here are our picks.
